Our Work

At Vision Flourish, we’re more than marketers. We’re agents of change. We draw upon a deep well of data, experience, and empathy to facilitate sustainability. We stand apart because of our tireless research of methodologies and audiences, and our insider knowledge of how cities and nonprofits work. Our plans are robust, practical, and rooted in research.

Our Cities

Our Clients

Natural Resources Defense Council

As the marketing technical support partner for American Cities Climate Challenge, we are working with Boston, Cincinnati, Columbus, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Orlando, St. Paul and Washington D.C. to develop marketing strategies to increase use of public transit and active mobility, participation in community solar, and adoption of  energy efficiency and clean energy measures in commercial and residential buildings.

Urban Sustainability Directors Network

In partnership with USDN and its members, Vision Flourish developed Marketing for Action - a comprehensive guide to marketing fundamentals for the network’s more than 185 U.S. cities. Following the release of the guidebook, we worked 10 USDN member cities - Bellevue, Flagstaff, Fremont, Fort Collins, Jersey City, Park City, Plano, Tacoma, Tempe and Washington D.C. - to apply the framework to the planning, implementation and measurement of behavior change campaigns to increase energy efficiency, reduce solid waste and improve air quality.

C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group

Vision Flourish researched and developed a targeted communications plan to reach new stakeholders and partners for the Inclusive Climate Action Programme. We also provided strategy, copywriting and design services to create communications materials tailored for the various target audiences.

Global Covenant of Mayors

We’ve helped address complex communications needs through on-site training and the development of customized and easy-to-use tools for engaging key audiences.

NYC Energy Efficiency Corporation

For more than five years, we’ve been helping NYCEEC create strategies and tools for engaging building owners, property managers, and contractors to finance their energy efficiency and clean energy projects with NYCEEC’s robust range of financing products.

Carbon Disclosure Project

In partnership with the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) we co-authored and designed the City-Business Climate Alliances guide as a step-by-step resource for cities to plan, engage and develop meaningful partnerships with private sector partners to accelerate meeting mutual climate goals.
